We reserve the right to change product listings, prices, and availability at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel your order after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please check your order details carefully before confirming. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.

Pricing

All prices are listed in British pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If a pricing error is found after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing. You can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Prices may change at any time. This will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (via Stripe).

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We do not store your card or banking details — all transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

If a payment fails or is reversed after an order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding amount and suspend your account until the matter is resolved.

Shipping and delivery

We ship orders through the courier services available at checkout. Delivery times and charges vary depending on your location and the option selected.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48, or 1 to 2 working days with DPD Next Day. Free UK delivery on orders over £100.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with seals intact.
  • Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • For damaged or incorrect orders, contact support within 48 hours with your order number and photos. After a short support discussion, we will ship a replacement matching your original order — there is no need to return the damaged or incorrect item.
  • For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, the customer also pays the shipping cost for the replacement to be sent out.
  • Refunds cover the product cost only. Original delivery charges paid at checkout are not refundable, as they are paid to our courier partners and the delivery has been completed.
  • Exchange price differences: if the new item is cheaper than the original, the difference is refunded to you; if it is more expensive, the difference must be paid before dispatch.

Acceptable use

You may use our website for personal use only. You agree not to:

  • Copy or reuse content without permission.
