Delivery options

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £6 (free on orders over £100). Estimated 2 to 3 working days. Tracked delivery to your door.
  • DPD Next Day — £8 (free on orders over £100). Estimated 1 to 2 working days. Next-day tracked delivery.

Full tracking is included on every option. The exact rate for your address is shown at checkout.

How it works

  1. Order placed — you receive an email confirmation instantly.
  2. Order processed — orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  3. Packed and dispatched — orders are securely packed and handed to the courier.
  4. Tracking shared — tracking details are sent once the courier collects your parcel.
  5. Delivered — your order arrives at your address or selected collection point.

Delivery times

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 to 3 working days.
  • DPD Next Day: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £100.

All timeframes count from the dispatch date, not the order date. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations or public holidays.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free on all orders over £100. Orders under £100 are charged the standard courier rate for your chosen delivery option, shown at checkout.

Delivery charges are paid directly to our courier partners. Once a delivery has been completed, the shipping fee is non-refundable — refunds on returns cover the product cost only. See our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

  • Royal Mail — UK-wide tracked delivery (Tracked 48).
  • DPD — fast next-day tracked delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours of payment confirmation), you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time through the courier system.

If you do not receive tracking details within 1 business day of payment, check your spam folder or contact us.

Missed deliveries

If delivery is missed, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold your parcel at a nearby collection point.

Public holidays

Orders are not processed or dispatched on UK bank holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day.
